Factors That Determine the Haryana Circle Rate

The circle rates of Haryana depend upon an assortment of factors. Some of them are

  • Markets and Other Facilities: Availability of resources is directly proportional to the hike in circle rates of any area. This means that the more readily the resources are available in an area, the higher will be its circle rate. On the other hand, the less will be the availability of facilities and markets, the less will be the circle rates.
  • Market Value: While Circle Rates are the minimum value under which land cannot be sold or purchased in the State’s jurisdiction, Market Value refers to the rate at which a property is actually sold. Market Value is always higher than Circle Rates. In the same vein, the Haryana circle rate and Market Value will be higher for developed areas as compared to not so developed areas.
  • The Type of Land: Circle Rates are always higher for commercial properties as compared to residential properties, irrespective of any state. Hence, Haryana circle rate will also be higher for commercial properties as compared to residential ones.
