ACE Platinum is an ‘earthquake-resistant’ residential project in Sector Zeta 1 spread across seven acres of land. Reviewers praised it for its layout and usage of good raw material. They also highlighted the 80 percent open space the society has apart from ample parking space, a well-maintained club, and advanced gym facilities. While most residents rated the project best for its timely upkeep and nominal maintenance charges, some also spoke about seepage issues during monsoons.
